In-Home Residential Design

Design Only

The Design Only option is an excellent option for those who desire to manage the project themselves but need help with the design. I will come to your home for all the measurements and photos during our Trade Day, after which I will go back to my studio and design your space! You will receive a Concept and Floor-plan, upon your approval I will then send you a final render of what your space will look like along with a shopping list and written instructions. Also, you have 30 days of support via email, FaceTime, and text.

$598 per room

Full Service Design

A Full-Service option is an excellent option for those who desire me to handle all of the project management, the Concept to Completion experience. I will come to your home for our Trade Day, along with any others working on the project. After this, I will go back to my studio and design your space! After approximately two weeks, we will schedule your Presentation, where I will bring all of your drawings, also, any samples I have to share with you. After your approval and deposit, I will start placing orders and checking on them throughout the 6-12  weeks for delivery. Once all or most of the items are at my interior specialist warehouse, we will schedule installation. I will be present at the installations, and after which, we will do our deficiencies walkthrough, and I will resolve the deficiencies to the best of my ability.

Price is dependent on furnishings purchased. I do not work on Full-Service designs unless products are purchased through me. The design fees are included in the furniture budget.
